Hey!

I’m Annika Swalley (18, she/her)

I’ve been skating for 13 years and have a background in singles, dance, theater on ice, and showcase.

Additionally, I have begun training aerial hoop and silks, while also having taken ballroom dance, hip hop, and ballet.

Being a showgirl is a huge part of why I skate. I absolutely live for performing and being apart of shows!

  • Member of the 2024-2025 Boston University Competitive Team for Junior Excel and Pre-silver/Bronze Pattern Dance
  • Women’s Singles in Novice Excel, Intermediate Well Balanced (NQS)
    • Placed 1st, 3rd at various local competitions in Novice Excel during the 2023 competitive season
    • Skated in the 2023 National Qualifying Series at the Intermediate Level

About me

Annika Swalley

Professional Figure Skater

I currently skate for the Skating Club of Boston with Matt Lind and Amanda Deagulia as my primary coaches. I also am a member of Act 1, Skating Club of Boston's Theater on Ice Team. I mostly have experience competing in singles, showcase, and theater on ice, but have recently taken up pairs, ice dance, and aerial hoop/silks training . I am currently also competing for Boston University's collegiate team in Junior Excel and Pre Silver patterns.

I am an incredibly hardworking skater, extremely adaptable/coachable, and always bring a positive and helpful attitude to the environments I am in! Additionally, I have experience skating in alternate/swing positions; which has taught me incredible versatility and the ability to hop into any given spot when needed!
